The bedding was not at al tidy..there were no toiletteries provided and when asked they said they dint provide for toiletteries...even packaged drinking water was not complimentary with the stay ...the rooms curtains were also smaller and with the glass windows it was visible from outside..the towels were very unhygienic and was apt for kids only.. even the locks of the room were very faulty...The price was very high for the rooms provided ...was very disappointed..

I enjoyed my stay with Sulawado. Rooms are clean with a great view. The staffs are professional, kind and warm. They have also accommodated my request for cabs in spite of being a good Friday. I highly recommend this place, it's good for families as well as solo trips. I look forward to visit again. Keep up the great work.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sulawado resort. It is more like a hotel then a resort though. The rooms are big and clean, the service was also good. Since this resort doesn't see much crowd, you are required to inform what are we supposed to have for breakfast a day before but overall the food is really tasty. I can't say much about the price since we booked through travel agent but Google shows the price towards costly side.

Amazing place as we randomly found it after 7 Sisters' inn failed to keep our reservation. All the staff, whoever we interacted with, were quite friendly and courteous. We took two single cottages, which were quite basic. These cottages were Rs. 5000, that was a bit overpriced. But view from here was gorgeous, there's a stream flowing below (at the end of the property). Also, for cleanliness and hygiene, this place is perfect. My parents loved the open space here. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Every staff member I encountered, was eager to help and they literally made our stay enjoyable. The food they provided was also too good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Cheerapunjee. There is also a breathtaking scenery behind the resort. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, it was a great experience... Highly recommended..

Good resort in a nice location with great service at Cherapunjee. Nice room with water heater. Bathroom amenities must include toothpaste, toothbrush which is not available. Mountain Water stream behind the resot is really beautiful.
